How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All Plank+Beam products come with a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to be eligible for a refund.
Is assembly required for the furniture?
To ensure safe shipping and affordable pricing, most of our items require assembly. We provide easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware in every box to make the process as smooth as possible.
