We want you to love your new furniture as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to ensure we can continue offering high-quality solid wood pieces at accessible prices.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Print your prepaid shipping label and schedule a carrier pickup or drop the package off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
